The large south west facing garden (20m x 12m) is completely enclosed aking it ideal for children’s parties and other outside events. The area is laid to lawn and patio, and can be used for games, bouncy castles, marquees, etc.
Facilities
The premises comprises a main hall measuring 15m x 6m which can be divided into two smaller rooms (5m x 6m and 10m x 6m) using thick curtains. The larger area (10m x 6m) has a ceiling height of approximately 3.5m. The smaller area (5m x 6m) has a ceiling height of 2.5m. SEE PLAN BELOW.
The entrance lobby gives access to the ladies and gentlemen’s toilets and a large accessible toilet.
The large self contained kitchen measuring 9m x 3m is very well equipped with a sink, electric oven, tea urn, kettle, refrigerator, generous work surfaces and crockery and glasses. There is also a large serving hatch from the kitchen to the main hall, ideal for serving food and drink. The gas boiler in the kitchen area supplies heating and the domestic hot water. A large store cupboard at the far end of the hall houses the tables and chairs.
The large enclosed rear garden’ laid to lawn and patio, measuring approximately 20m long x 12m wide makes it ideal for parties and other outside events..
The village hall can accommodate a maximum of 80 people. There are 7 large tables, 10 smaller tables and 80 chairs.
The main hall, measuring 15m x 6m, can accommodate up to 80 people. A set of tick curtains give the option of dividing the space into two smaller rooms measuring 10m x 6m, and 5m x 6m. The ceiling height in the larger area (10m x 6m) is approximately 3.5m. French doors provide easy access to the enclosed rear garden. A store room at the far end of the hall houses the tables and chairs.
The kitchen (9m x 3m) is equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator, tea urn, microwave, two kettles, sink and generous work surfaces. Crockery and glasses are available. A large serving hatch gives access to the main hall for serving food and drinks.
